Kiba had crossed his arms after knocking on the bathroom door, leaning over just a little to listen at the door almost to make sure she was still in there; Hinata was too quiet for her own good sometimes. Taking a step back when the door was finally opened, he glanced at her up and down quickly then back at her face. “Well, maybe it’ll loosen up some in the water.” He replied back, uncrossing his arms to instead stick them in his pockets while she opened the cover to show him the swimsuit she chose.
Again, his dark brown eyes glanced her up and down, though slower this time to get a better look. He didn’t have a problem making it obvious he was drinking in the view, she was his girlfriend after all. Honestly, he thought the tightness of the outfit made her look sexy, since it squished her large breasts just the right amount. He didn’t often tell her she looked hot or sexy, since Hinata was much more of a cute and fragile little thing. But times like now were a bit of an exception.
“I think it makes you look really good,” he reached out and put his hands on her sides, pulling her close and taking a step closer, looking down at her. “alluring, even.” He bent down enough to give a quick kiss on her plump, shiny lips, “And cute of course.”
Hinata’s cheeks turned a deep red as she stepped back to button the cover back up. “Th-thank you”
She crossed her arms under chest and smiled at him. “I’m so excited for today.” Hinata slipped a pair of matching flip flops on and reached down to pick up the beach bag. “Hey Kiba could you grab the sunblock from my suitcase?”
After checking that everything else was in the bag she stood and waited by the door with Akamaru.
Hinata smiled as she watched Kiba walking towards her, the swim trunks slung low on his hips showed off his well defined body.
Kiba watched her recover herself with mild disappointed in his eyes now that her lovely figure was hidden from view. He didn’t protest, as he knew very well how shy she was and it just made her all the more adorable. He turned from her and retrieved the tube of sunblock from her suitcase after a bit of searching under clothing before realizing she had it in the top pocket of the suitcase.
Once back by her side, he slipped the sunblock into her beach bag. He stole a quick kiss on her plump, shiny lips again. “I’m excited too, lets get going.” He ran his hand over Akarmaru’s head as he ruffled the white fur shortly. Leaving the room with her, they both exited the clean hotel and walked down the pavement to the beach.
There was a nice breeze outside to help with the warm rays of the sun. Tree leaves and branches waved and shook in the air. He reached up and scratched the back of his head, his fingers getting caught in his slightly tangled, messy hair.
“At least it feels nice outside. I was worried it might be cold.”

Kiba’s mouth opened wide as he gave a big yawn; his sharp canine teeth bring like how his own dog did when he yawned. Reaching arms up, his hands scratched the back of his messy brown hair, and then he folded his arms behind his head. Sniffing, he rubbed the bottom of his nose with the upper lip shortly for no particular reason. He had been waiting by the hotel room door for a few minutes now. Him and Hinata were out on vacation near the beach, and today they were going down to the beach for the day.
“Come on Hinata!” He never understood why woman took so long to get ready. All Kiba had to do was pull on some swim trunks and he was ready to go. He looked down at Akamaru, who was lying down by the door, then back up around at their nice hotel room. It wasn’t crazy fancy, but it was a nice, decent room. With a clean carpet, nice view of the ocean through the large square window, and the once-well-made king sized bed. Kiba had made the bed earlier, but it was no way close to being the almost wrinkle-free way it was when they got here the day before. He himself had no problem with a messy bed; however Hinata didn’t seem so fond of that.
Walking over to the bathroom, he lightly knocked on it with this curved index finger, “Are you almost ready yet?” He wasn’t sure if she needed any help with her hair, or even tying something on her swimsuit. That was another thing he didn’t understand, all those strings on a woman’s swimsuit. Damn those complicated woman things.
It was late in the afternoon; the weather was perfect for outdoor play with the cool breeze as well as the last gentle rays of the soon to be setting sun. Even the usually sandy, harsh winds had taken the day off for today. Hardly anyone was out in the exposed sun to enjoy it, however. There were scarcely any souls in their homes as well. But of course, it was only natural, why would one waste the rarest of opportunity like this? Nearly every citizen of the Sand village all sat in those long, wooden benches. Most benches were worn out from the many various weights being pressed on top, from a fat man to a woman with just as big breasts to nearly equal the weight of that same man. The sounds of bags being crunched and cups being spilled happened nearly every few moments but never heard over the loud cries of the audience. A loud cheer, a chorus of people gasping at once, or even just multiple people laughing at once in different tones and volumes.
Red eyes eagerly explored over the Sand citizens sitting in the rows and rows of benches. There were many faces of all kinds, be it old and wrinkly, young and innocent, mid-aged and angry with life. All kinds of sorts came to this show. There is no limit of age to come and see his show. After all, Kurama had worked plenty hard to make his circus to please all ages! What was more entertaining than an entire circus full of kenominis and demon creatures? “Nothing!” Is what Kurama would always respond with. With a gloved arm raised, people still cheered. There was a moment in which the nine tailed fox waited for the noise to calm down enough for him to announce the end of the show. Naruto, the one tailed fox boy; who he’d taken care of since the child was born, stood beside him, bowing to the audience and waving with that huge grin of his. Both gave their thanks to everyone for coming, and their hopes that they enjoyed it and would come again.

There was an annoyed scowl painted on Naruto’s face, hand on his hip, as he was distracted by Kurama’s persistent behavior. Their personalities were going to clash with each other a lot, it seemed, for as long as Kurama would reside here. They were both too stubborn and willing to assert their ideals in a less than kind manner, which would often lead to argument. Naruto didn’t know if he wanted to tolerate constant fighting. The idea of having someone fill his isolated life with entertainment and company was nice, but not if that same someone was always going to be disagreeing with him, along with trying to get him into trouble. He just didn’t understand Kurama’s lack of respect, it in fact reminded Naruto of himself as a child, but he’d grown up since then, which made him question why Kurama hadn’t.

Kurama’s ear perked up and backward to the sound of the Uzumaki’s voice carrying from the kitchen. He heard his question and complaint fine, but debated momentarily if a reply back would even be worth the waste of breath. He kept his bored and uninterested gaze on the floor, red eyes jumping from one object to another. Trash, clothes, scrolls, kunais, foulders. Does he seriously never clean up or did I just come at a bad time. He scowled at the sight, that wretched women he was caged inside of before Naruto probably would have never kept a house this dirty. It was a shame that womanly neatness hadn’t rubbed off on Naruto. Though he was merely guessing; he’d never actually seen where she lived in. When the floor had a nice enough pathway in individual directions; he felt satisfied and stopped messing with it for now.

Naruto had known almost immediately after the exclamation left his mouth that it would anger Kurama, he even anticipated the offensive retort from the fox’s mouth before it came, and so because of this, he didn’t back away. To some extent he had also expected Kurama to turn to physical violence, though even with this knowledge, the hand that then grasped his jaw was still unwelcome. Gritting his teeth, Naruto lowered his brows, refusing to back down to the fox’s spitting words of anger and rebellious defiance. There was an urge to roll his eyes with the insistent overbearing challenges ground out of the demon’s mouth; his attitude already being an outplayed record to the blond.

Kurama would have voiced his agreement to keeping on the down low, since it was an obvious matter and if he would get figured out; he’d much rather it not be the very week he could enjoy his momentary freedom. But of course if he agreed that would be voicing and showing the fact he agreed with Naruto’s idea, therefore stating it is a good idea. And Kurama didn’t want Naruto thinking that he thinks his ideas are good. Because they clearly aren’t. Also, that would show them getting along on some level, which he also didn’t want. Kurama may be a couple thousand years old, but his personality hadn’t seemed to grow past those rebellious teenage stage. He was often whiny, only liked getting what he wants and most definitely didn’t like admitting to being wrong on anything. He was just as stubborn as Naruto was, which wasn’t exactly a good thing.

Naruto, who had his entire attention focused on stirring and watching the food being cooked, had only flinched when he heard the loud thud in the living room. He didn’t bother to look up, not caring whatever the fox was doing as long as he stayed tame and off the blond’s nerves. With a small sigh of air through his nose, eye glazing over where they watched the noodles swim in the hot water, Naruto let the invasive sensation of having another person stay at his place enter his mind. He never had someone spend the night here, and he deemed this as aberrant to his normalcy of being at home alone. When he came home after a long day, or after returning from a mission, he felt safe and secluded, his home always being synonymous with relaxation and privacy. Having someone else here for a longer period than just visiting was…agitating, Naruto realized with another sigh. For now, he supposed there was no helping it, he’d just have to bear with the hassle.

Kurama lofted a red eyebrow when he heard the low growl from Naruto, an obvious sigh that Naruto was frustrated by something. Any curiosity the fox had to why Naruto let out such a sound didn’t last long, as the blond didn’t waste time in voicing his issue. Fox ears raising, pointing up high from the mess of his tangly red hair. Naruto was raising his voice at him, of all people, he was snapping at a demon with much higher power than his own. Ears dropping back again, Kurama’s expression changed quickly to one of anger and much annoyance, “Excuse me?” He hissed through clenched, canine-like teeth. Stepping away from the counter he was leaning against, Kurama grabbed Naruto’s whiskered, tan face. His grip was strong, forcing those plump cheeks to be squished as his nails dug into his skin. “You think just because you accidentally called upon me you suddenly have the right to tell me what to do?”

Each time Kurama glared at him, Naruto had to roll his eyes. It was actually funny realizing the fox thought he was coming off as superior, when in Naruto’s mind he just seemed as if a whiny child that wanted their way. This made a lopsided smile form on his face, close to laughing from how hopeless Kurama was. He supposed the fox had always been this way, commanding and impertinent, expecting those to obey him; the last thing Naruto wanted to do was feed into it. Though, subconsciously, he knew he was still wary of the fox. He’d never seen Kurama outside of his body, didn’t know if he had a bad temper or what would follow with said temper. Along with his chakra, though supply of it was short in this form, there was still a lot of it, and that could be dangerous. It all had Naruto uncertain, but he’d be damned if he’d show it.

Kurama’s ear twitched somewhat, eyes narrowed in annoyance when he picked up the boy’s muttered comment. Freeloader was he? Kurama had half a mind to start up an argument with him for such a ridiculous comment. Again, it wasn’t his fault he was summoned out here to live in Naruto’s apartment, nor his body. The latter was neither their faults, but the first was Naruto’s. So he had absolutely no right to be calling him a free loader, he was merely… taking advantage of the situation. Okay, so maybe he was a bit of a free loader, but oh well, not like Naruto could do anything about it. He obviously desperately didn’t want anyone to know he was even here, which meant he could take advantage of this as much as he wanted, like lazing around and eating all his food; among other things. So he disregarded the comment. Instead he lazily flicked the boy off when he wasn’t looking.

Naruto had unfortunately turned at the precise moment when Kurama had been pulling his borrowed underwear on. For some reason, Naruto found himself overly uncomfortable with watching the redhead put clothing on. It was almost as embarrassing as his nudity. There was just something about the removal or dressing of clothing that was synonymous with being a personal doing…or at least a private one. For a split second, Naruto had an idea of bedroom activities with the association of undressing, before he quickly shoved that out of his mind. Seriously, another man, or fox-person…whatever, was in his bedroom, without clothing, and he just had to have a thought of something like that. Naruto didn’t notice the light pinkness on his cheeks then, though he did feel the warmness there. He turned away again.

The fox curled his lip back in a scowl, shooting an annoyed look over his shoulder at the blond for his snappy comment. Both of them were very clearly hot headed. Though Kurama was more so. He turned his gaze back to the fridge, hoping to find something more promising this time. He ignored the urge to snap back at Naruto with something like “Because your food supply sucks.” and instead just looked in the freezer, spotting some frozen food that weren’t so bad. Closing the freezer door jut as another thunder cracked outside, he ignored it and turned his head toward Naruto at the suggestion of making dinner. This suggestion pleased him, because it meant he wouldn’t have to bother making himself food if Naruto was willing to do it himself.

Naruto was relieved when he found he wouldn’t have to be waiting or worrying over the fox too long, seeing Kurama hop over the railing and approach him had the blond close to smiling. While he’d been on the way to his apartment, he had not even been paying much attention to the fact that Kurama was following him, hadn’t even thought about making sure the guy wouldn’t be spotted up there travelling on the roofs. Though he thought about it now, and was thankful for the fact that nothing had gone wrong in their risky plan to make it back. There was an absence of worry in Naruto’s mind now, and he was grateful for that.

Kurama followed closely behind the blond into the apartment, glad that his home was much warmer inside than it was on the outside. He kicked the door shut by his foot with an unnecessarily loud bang. The fox automatically followed Naruto down the hall, both of them leaving a long and wet trail from the rain dripping off them. Eyes roaming the place, he got a good look as he passed into the hallway. His nose scrunched at the mention of the ramen Naruto ate constantly, he snorted loudly, “If you try to feed me ramen I swear to god I will fling myself out that window and kill myself.” Fruits didn’t exactly sound good to him either. Kurama wanted his meat. Not something so silly and lame like ramen and fruits. Not as his first meal in years at least.

While waiting, Naruto held tightly to the idea that everything would be fine, reminding himself every time a glimmer of uncertainty arose that, as a tailed beast, Kurama wasn’t to be underestimated. Everything would be fine. They’d get back to Naruto’s place without any further troubles, and then they’d go from there. Naruto had a lot of questions still on his mind anyway, the time span of this jutsu being the main one…but he doubted he’d be able to find the answer for that. Maybe if he went back to the off-limits research storage, he might be able to find something. All in good time, he reminded himself. For now, he’d keep focused to the plan.

With squinted, red eyes, Kurama watched Naruto leave the gate and head through the streets as best he could through the blurry drops of rain. Noticing the blond picking up speed and running through the empty streets, he hopped from building top to building top, being careful not to jump onto any smooth areas to keep from slipping, even with chakra control to help you stick; slipping was just as a problem as without it. Kurama occasionally glanced around him, making sure no one was around to spot him hopping about on the buildings. He was actually thoroughly surprised those two at the gate didn’t find it suspicious Naruto had asked for papers in a day like this, obviously they would get soaked and become fairly useless. He scoffed to himself, humans really were pathetic morons weren’t they?

The trepidation Naruto held was heavy, pursing his lips in upset, knowing that Kurama wouldn’t listen to him and the demon would eventually end up doing whatever he wanted. Nothing in this situation was good for the blond, almost feeling as if he were taking care of a reckless child. If the fox did anything wrong, it would be Naruto’s fault. This caused his mind to stress, wanting nothing more than to just drop all the worry and let what would happen be so. That just wouldn’t do though, he had to be responsible now. Inwardly, he sighed.

Kurama gave Naruto his full attention as the blond then explained what Kurama was to do and not to do, which the fox found fairly annoying how the boy was acting like he was the boss and Kurama had to do exactly as he said or else. It made him want to completely disregard the boy’s comments and again, just go through with this in his own way. But he didn’t, he just listened, though gave no actual sign of agreement. He just hoped Naruto would have the decency to hurry to his apartment rather than walking at a casual pace, Kurama had no clue where the boy lived in that huge village and he honestly didn’t want to have to constantly wait for Naruto to hurry up.

After Naruto had initially gotten over Kurama’s persistent self-entitlement and assertive attitude, the glares that were likely intended to oppress the blond started to have little effect on him. So when the fox had showed his obvious annoyance toward his complaints through shooting him another one of those intimidating stares, Naruto didn’t react. He only held his gaze, as if it were a challenge, blond brows drawn together and a frown on his lips. Naruto knew what was best in this situation, though Kurama showed to have little care for consequence, he would still forcibly make the demon listen to him. The grip he had on the man’s arm became tighter, getting his point across.

Kurama listened with an uninterested and fairly bored expression as the blond Uzumaki went on to ramble more about his this next suggestion to sneak into Konoha was clearly not going to work either. He was getting tired of talking about this in the cold rain, he was getting this close to just giving up on being stealthy for Naruto and just marching right in there uncaringly. With the amount of time they had spent arguing about this they could have already gotten in that bloody village by now. Naruto should just be thankful he hadn’t been forced out of his body in his true form, those villagers would have easily spotted a giant beast only a few miles away from their high posts. Which momentarily made him wonder if this jutsu would allow him to change forms, probably not.
